Cyclosonics connects to your eBike’s motor controller via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to read throttle position and telemetry data in real time. The app uses a modular, profile-based architecture. Each supported controller has a configuration profile that defines how to communicate with it.

Requesting Support for Your Controller

If your controller isn’t listed, you can request it on the compatibility page or contact us for OEM integration.

Our profile-based architecture means adding a new controller doesn’t require firmware changes, just a configuration profile on our side. In many cases, profiling is completed independently during an in-person discovery session.
