CYC X12 Setup
Section titled “CYC X12 Setup”Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- CYC X12 motor controller
- Speed Sensor installed (enables Bluetooth)
- Controller powered on and within BLE range (~10m)
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”- Power on your CYC X12 controller
- Open Cyclosonics → Setup page
- Tap Discover Input Devices
- Select the CYC X12 from the discovered devices list
- Wait for the connection to establish (the status will show “Connected”)
Currently Available Telemetry
Section titled “Currently Available Telemetry”The CYC X12 provides the following data over BLE:

Each of these fields can be monitored in the Setup page after connecting.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Can’t find the controller: Ensure the controller is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Try moving closer. Check that the speed sensor is installed and that the light inside is illuminated.
- Disconnects frequently: Check for BLE interference from other devices. Ensure the controller’s firmware is up to date.
- Throttle not responding: Verify the throttle is physically connected to the controller and functioning correctly.
